For users who book to join our tours, we may collect:

  • Name, date of birth, gender, email address, telephone numbers, postal address, medical and dietary information, passport details, travel insurance details, fitness level, previous outdoor experience, and emergency contact details

  • Details of previous trips with us (if any)

  • Information provided through our customer survey after completing a tour

  • Any additional information collected and provided by your travel agent or other third party websites you may book our tours through

For users who subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

  • Your email address

  • Your full name

For consenting website users, we also collect:

When do we collect the information?
